"The check in process was horrible , because the stuff in the hotel did not receive the confirmation email . So I called orbitz two time every time I had to wait for a long time . First the girl who get my called didn’t even bother to underw to the problem and she said she will call me back but never did . The hotel stuff offer to give me a room regardless but I decide to call second time that when “Sulimane”answer and he was very hopeful. Even called after to check if everything went well."

"Very pretty guest room. Hotel staff was mixed emotions. The reception guy was very friendly and helpful. The woman was a little dry and could have been friendlier. Location was nice, but 5 minutes from the busy area, but price was good."
