الحمدلله it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay coupled with hospitable services provided by staff especially Mr Ahmad Mustafa and Afsyal who went above and beyond to help me with necessities .
Distance is less than 10-15 mins from Haraam. Would definitely recommend others to spend their nights in Makkah here

Posted 16 Apr 2018 on HotelsAbout 10-15 walk from the Haram. Room had stays on the walls and no towels... Had to ask service for towels and they were only able to provide one. Had to go through an alleyway of trash to get to the hotel. It rained one night very hard in Makkah and the halls became flooded.
Won't stay here again..

Bed bugs, fruit flies, left over in fridge, freshly smoked in when I got there, extremely slow check in because they could not find my reservation even if I was showing them my hotels.com app and confirmation

iF YOU ARRIVE LATE THAN YOU ARE IN TROUBLE YOU HAVE TO BEG THEM TO GIVE YOUR ROOM BACK.LITTLE FAR FROM HARAM BATHROOM NEED IMPROVEMENT.OVERALL NICE HOTEL

Posted 10 Dec 2018 on Hotelsالفندق من الفنادق القديمه وتم تحديثها الغرف مريحه والاثاث نظيف المنطقه مزعجه بسبب اعمال الهدم التي بجانب الفندق وهذا لا ذنب للفندق فيها طاقم العمل محت م جدا فاذا كان في الفندق اي سلبيه فاحترام الادارة المتمثله بالسيدان احمد واحمد تطغى على كل السلبيات دائما يسئلون النزلاء عن اي احتيجات يريدونها وعامل النظافه يستاهل خمس نجوم على عمله وخمس نجوم على ابتسامته الرائعه الفندق يحتاج ٧ دقايق مشي مسافته مقبوله والمنطقه مليئه بالخدمات من مطاعم ومحلات شكرا للاداره تجربه سوف تكرر باذن الله

Omra à cet Hotel pour 5 nuits
Posted 19 May 2018 on HotelsNous avons réservé dans cet Hotel pour 5 nuits afin de faire Omra inchaaAllah pendant le mois de Ramadan. L Hotel est propre, un peu loin du haram 10 min à pied sauf qu on ne sent pas trop la distance sauf en cas de grande chaleur. Le personnel est trop acceuillant, souriant, serviable, compréhensif. Il faut prévoir des bouteilles d eau ou sinon les demander à l accueil, le climatiseur fonctionne sans soucis, la douche et les toilettes sont propres et correctes. Le seul inconvénient est l entourage de l hotel, c est sale et ca pue avec une très très mauvaise odeur.
