Room was available at 5:30 pm we had to wait to get in. Nothing was offered but simple sorry

The room was extra cold and the ac controls are so messed up. The bed is amazing but the showers are mulfunctioning and scattering water.

l was disappointed with the experience, which felt more akin to a 4-star hotel. My room was directly beneath another undergoing construction, causing significant noise. Additionally, the cleanliness was subpar, as the bedding was quite dusty. Despite raising these issues, I received only an apology and no compensatory gesture. I hope this feedback prompts a review of your service standards.
