The shuttle bus drop the passenger very far from AL-Haram a round 30 min walk to get in it.

Great amenities! 24/7 shuttle service to the Masjid Haram ! Dining room staff is nice and professional!

Very comfortable and really enjoyed our time in staying at Novotel Thakher Makkah. I would definitely recommend this hotel for first timers in Makkah. I hope to come back to Makkah the near future and stay at Novotel.
