We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit. Our room was spacious, and the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating—they even helped us with an early check-in and arranged transportation. Throughout our stay, the entire staff was welcoming, attentive, and ensured that everything was clean and comfortable. They consistently met all our needs, making our stay enjoyable and hassle-free. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

Request for wheelchair unfortunately they don't have wheelchair available when I was arrive

Everything was good. Really close to Masjid ul Haram they just need more elevators.

Location was great, it was right infront of the Al Haram. Food options all around. Hotel could use an upgrade it feels outdated. They do not allow taxis or ubers to pull up at the basement parking, felt forced to take their expensive car service. But Alhamdullilah staff were amazing and friendly and helpful.

Very clean, beautiful rooms, friendly staff, great shopping and dining in same tower, and best for last is Haram right outside the tower entrance.

The hotel need to update bathrooms. Also need extra left I stay tower 3 19th floor. Very hat to get left at prayer time. I don’t know why the staff use same left for baggage. They should have separate left.
