First of all I was in another hotel named makarem albait. About the hotel was not good and you must ask for cleaning the room every day

Very poor in all aspects

We booked for 11 nights after night two our towels disappeared and requesting them every day from then on went avail. The reply was “after Magrib” that never happened then night before Eid said there will be there by 7am when Eid prayers were at 6.30! Reception staff especially the men were ignorant, constantly on the phone, not listening at all. For the price charged especially due to ramadhan it was totally unacceptable

It was nice place but not good service I was there for 9 nights I didn’t have a tower or changing my beds very very poor service even I told them twice I need a towel they they were ignoring me!!

Transportation was very bad and also I stayed for 7 days and my room was not cleaned even once.the bus from the hotel to haraam is on time but coming back will be a wait for more than 2 hours!
