Old hotel, room lack basic amenities, no water bottles for drinking or hot water to shower. Elevators takes forever.. i booked a standard room and i got a room with four beds while i was solo. So glad it was less than 24h stay.

The staff there are so slow, its like they are using systems from ancient times. Everything is so disorganised, you have to go through atleast 3 people just to check in. Check in should take less than 5mins but these guys managed to stretch it out to 2 hours. Also the guy at reception at reception was a tool too, walks like a lady and doesn’t know whether he's coming or going

Has everything, close to haram, specially when coming back, barber right downstairs so are many shops and some in the hotel lobby. Transportation opinions are plenty.

As we were visiting for Umrah, hotel location and distance were not good. It was taking 20 minutes to reach Haram boundary. As the construction of Haram Mosque is ongoing, lot of dust in the air makes difficult to walk. People going for Umrah, I don’t recommend this hotel for them.
