Excellent location within walking distance of Makati Medical Center, coffee shops, restaurants, malls, etc.. My only complaint was the itchy synthetic blanket. ...

"The minuet we walked in the door , the security guards were pleasant and so were the reception staff were brilliant. the reception area was nice and clean and there where lots of seating. going to the room in the lift very clean, thew room was nice and well made up. Going for breakfast everyday was a pleasure made all the more enjoyable by the friendly staff, we really enjoyed our self and would recoment to anybody to stay there. "

"I pre-paid for two rooms for two nights. When my wife arrived she was told that BSA Tower does not rent on a short-term basis and that there were NO rooms available. They said that they didn't know that you could still reserve and pay for a room. She asked about a refund and was told they knew nothing about that. I have sent a number of emails to the manager and have received no response."
