All property look old and poor service

No tourist information or local maps available. Staff were helpful but had no information to pass on. Restaurant was very limited. There needs to be better staff training in all areas.

I like the breakfast and clean room. However, it’s loud noise/music from the outside.

Clean hotel. They advertise washer / dryer in the rooms but this is not the case. Restaurant in hotel has slow service.

The Hotel is amazing. The rooms are great and you have a nice rooftop bar. Also the pool was nice and the location is perfect in the middle of the city of Makassar. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful. From the hotel you can easily take a boat trip to Samalona Island. It takes only 25 min. I would definitely recommend Swiss-bel Hotel when you are going to visit Makassar.

Nice hotel by the sea
