Double Payment
Posted 7 Apr 2018 on HotelsHotels.com apparently is not on the hotel’s panel even though the website had collected my money in advance. I arrived at the hotel and they couldn’t find my booking. I had to make another payment directly to the hotel. May I know who has pocketed my initial payment?
