Bed and bathroom good, restaurants very good .. nice view of the city from the 20th floor. Room service poor, they forgot our order.

The staff at the front desk and restaurant as well as the porters were all very friendly and helpful. We found our room to be spacious, clean, and comfortable. The swimming pool was wonderful and offered a truly beautiful view of the city. If we find ourselves back in Makassar, we would stay here again. The food from the restaurant was just so-so, but it is available 24 hours, which is convenient if you need it.
The only negative was the hotel shuttle driver who met us at the airport, as he wasn't very friendly, never introduced himself, had two boys at the airport help with the bags and then signaled that we needed to pay them, and only smiled when we tipped him, which we felt we had to do rather than wanted to do. As a woman, had I been alone in the car with him, I would not have felt comfortable.

An Excellent place to stay in Makassar

Facilities are excellent, service is efficient, and meals provided are delicious and varied from Western to Asian. The rooms are large and very well designed, neat and clean. The only comment I would like to make is that I used the gym almost daily, but no one was there to help. But this is minor problem. The staff are very polite, efficient, and really try to help. I am very impressed and will stay again here whenever I come to Makassar.

I arrived late after a 3 hour flight delay. On the plus side, the pick up arrangements worked well. However, the reception person forgot to swipe my credit card and I had to go back down to the desk well after midnight. Also the AC didn’t work well in the first room and I had to change rooms. The floors did not appear clean in either room as the first one had paper scraps and the second plastic wrappers.

Very good hotel, with friendly staff. A special thanks to Mr Fridaus. Large clean & comfortable rooms.
A good selection of breakfast options & room service menu.
The elevators can get busy when the function room is booked.
I would stay there again and would recommend this hotel.

Amazing, helpful and friendly staff throughout the hotel. The restaurant on site had plenty of room and a good selection of dishes on the menu. The amenities are amazing as well with a pool, workout room and massuer on site located on the 15th floor.
