Dear Ingrid,we see that you gave us a low rating, probably because we could not extend your check-out time, which we said would be until 11 at the latest in case we do not have an arrival. In the meantime, we got a reservation and you had to leave the room by 10:00, as stated in the rules.We were at your disposal for everything else and were very helpful to you.That's why it's not right that you rated us with such a low rating.Anyway, thank you for coming.LP, Villa RIva

Amazing!
Posted 2 Jul 2024 on HotelsComfortable and spacious room and the beds were great too as well as the bathroom. This hotel is walking distance to the port and very close to all the restaurants and beaches. This hotel gives 10% of their own restaurant that is a 1-2 min walk away that has delicious food! The lady was very kind only problem was when we tried to pay with card it wasn’t working with her card scanner at first I thought it was possibly my card since it was from America but I tried it at a restaurant and a couple stores and had no problems. Otherwise everything was wonderful and great location.

Great little hotel
Posted 24 Oct 2018 on HotelsBrilliant room with a slightly old fashioned although not old hotel decor vibe. Very clean room, bath and big bed. Breakfast was massive, meats, cheese, bread, pancake, yoghurt, satsumas and many condiments.

Excellent hotel and location
Posted 3 Oct 2018 on HotelsBeautiful city to visit. Hotel is a block from the sea / promenade and could not be better. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff were exceptional. Parking is right behind the building in a gated lot. Breakfast was delicious.

Hidden gem (literally!)

Finding the hotel, parking and check in was a challenge, check in was via the tourist office in a nearby Italian restaurant and parking was good and secure but you don’t get to it from the coast front road. No mention of any of this in the check in details so maybe they can help future customers.

Great room in the centre
Posted 20 Jul 2018Good room in centre of the city. Quiet position, fab bathroom huge walk in shower . Quiet and efficient
Air con . Speedy WiFi, generous breakfast at local cafe . Excellent housekeeping service. Clean linen alternate days . Clean towels everyday. Next time would choose a room with a window to look out ! More coat hangers !

Luxury Villa
