They let us use the pool late and we got a refreshing sleep. Bacon for breakfast was great.

The rooms and hallways are dirty...need to be cleaned...found a bug on the bed...carpet is filthy just like the bathrooms

My hope is that all our guests experience a relaxing and peaceful stay, and I am very sorry that this wasn’t your experience. Our fitness center is open now, we supposed to receive our equipment two weeks back but received late. It was a pleasure to have you as our guest, and I hope you give us an opportunity in hosting you again, whenever your travels bring you back to the area.

It was clean. Bed was comfy. My only complaint was the bathroom sink. The rod that let the water drain from the sink. I fixed it and it worked fine. It sort of tells me there is no communication between cleaning staff and management.
