"Overall nice hotel, old but has all amenities you need, outdoor heated pool, hot tub, steam room, decent size fitness room, okayish on site restaurant, good breakfast, clean. Great location with short walking distance to the waterfront and less then 30 minutes from the airport. I wouldn't say it's 5 star hotel but very strong 4 stars. "

Staff were responsive to requests but we had broken appliances and insufficient bedding upon arrival, and had to walk past bags of garbage and construction debris around our ‘upgrade’ that weren’t cleared away for our entire two-night stay. On the up side, it’s very close to the gondolas and the loft room gave good separation for people in two separate sleeping areas.
