Kerry was the best I’m nearly 70 disabled and have a 7month dashound and waiting to move into my property so stressful been here 3 weeks now and she was so helpful over and above what she was meant to do I would definitely recommend you ccx

Not the nicest place, mould around windows & bath.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful,
Kerry and the gentleman who was training was very helpful and very polite she went above and beyond to make sure our stay went smoothly.

Staff friendly and helpful
Good night sleep
Shower head came off when water turned on
NO HOT WATER
Therefore no shower in the morning to wake us up
Key didnt work properly
Reception should have made us aware we were in a room without a self locking door and needed to be locked from the inside
SO spent the night unknowingly with an unsecure room
THE LOCK NEEDS ADDRESSING IMMEDIATELY
