Stay away from this rude customer service company
Posted 5 Nov 2019 on HotelsThe day I arrived after 10 hours of travel, I arrived only to find out that they forgot to put out the keys for my flat. I had to sit and wait on the cold stairs for a long time before they were able to rebook me to another flat, which caused me to now having a cold.
Further, they refuse to replace toilet paper for you and blatantly ignore you when you raise concerns for them.
I find this ridiculous and as really bad service.
Now I am learning that the place also just cancelled my upcoming reservation, leaving me with only 2 days to do a new booking. This means there are no suitable places left for me to book. I don’t even know what to say at this point.. Dont stay here guys
