"I booked a room that included and pull off sofa. But I got there I was given a room on the 1st floor. I don’t do 1st floors. I requests a room on an upper floor but I wasn’t given the same type of room I booked. I was with my son (he should have not been IDed or charged a deposit since he was only 17 yrs old) Long story full of drama, our room was just 1 size queen bed. Me and my son had to share a bed.
