This place is unbelievable! Best place in Mai Khao by far. Like luxury south beach!

Beautiful resort for vacation connecting to the Mai Khao beach where we saw the most amazing sunset during stay. 20 mins by car to the Phuket airport, hotel and room are really great. Not a place with convenient shopping but definitely a Top place if you are looking for a peaceful and memorable staycation. Will come back next time.

The overall stay was OK, the room is spacious, with a little pool and outdoor bathtub and the breakfast was very good. We enjoyed few hours in the public pool with drinks. We were served by a girl who is always helpful and sweetly during our breakfast time. However, the shower room opens to the pool area without door. Mosquitos, flies, and other bugs can go to the washroom area though the shower room. I could see many bugs in my bedroom in the evening and I woke up very very early around 5:30 am because a cicadidae flied inside so I cant feeling relaxing enough during my stay. Hotel may think about how to minimise insect comes.

About the pest control problem we already informed housekeeping department, however is in raining season this time and our hotel just near by the sea and beach is quite difficult to do 100% pest control. Very quiet place. The hotel breakfast is good. The beach area need more clean up.

Great Hotel!
Posted 31 Mar 2024 on HotelsWe only stayed for a night but the overall experience was great from check-in to check-out. The pool area needed more day-beds but other than that, loved the whole vibe of the hotel. Our room was cosy & comfortable as well.

Great hotel

The hotel's new and prestigious appearance, coupled with its cleanliness and luxurious comfort, made for an exceptional experience. The staff, particularly Beam, were incredibly friendly and attentive, enhancing our stay even more. The beach was amazing, offering breathtaking sunsets. While the dining experience was good, there's potential for further enhancement. Overall, Melia Phuket is a fantastic choice for a memorable and relaxing getaway.
