Very inconvenient if you just want to hang out at the resort, then this is the place to be but if you wanna go to other places on the island, it’s about an hour each way to other popular areas

Best villas on phuket
Posted 7 Jun 2024 on HotelsBeautiful resort on the quiet Mai Khao area of Phuket away from the hustle and hustle with amazing Pool Villas near the beach with good size pools not plunge pools. Food service everything was amazing.

I absolutely DO NOT recommend patronizing this place given their horrible management and the predatory experienced I had. I fell ill and could not travel to Thailand. I notified them of the cancellation, circumstances and provided documentation from my physician. Expedia tried to assist numerous times as well. Despite all this they decided to keep the entire amount for my stay (about 3k!) ignoring their own stated policy. It appears they value money for no service provided above respecting their patrons. I will never stay here or recommend anyone to stay here in the future. Book at your own risk.
