Property very close to highway which makes the rooms noisy at night. Property needs upgrades as rooms and furniture are dated. Chairs in lobby are dirty and stained. As for the included breakfast, every morning, items were missing and staff would tell us that they had run out. For example, no milk, no hot coffee, no batter for the waffles, no bagels, etc. The bananas that were offered were completely brown and not edible. Basically, very poor breakfast with little options. One evening, we wanted to have the complimentary tea offered in the lobby, but there was no hot water. Basic standard not reached, overall disappointing experience.

Without notice they canceled my reservation. If I didn't call the night before to confirm my reservation, I wouldn't have known until I arrived at the hotel late Christmas Eve. Eventually, they told me it was an "agent mistake" and offered me a room for $150 more than the original room would have cost.

I was surprised at how clean our room was. The Staff is pleasant and will help anyway they can. The facility has an indoor pool and a gym which is always a plus. They offer a complimentary breakfast which to my surprise was not just tea, coffee and some crackers. Overall, I enjoyed my stay 👍

Everything was perfect! Except the 75$ for my dogs, its overpriced for a 8 lb and a 15 lb dogs. They are quiet and do their things outside.
