We had a fantastic stay at Sonesta Ocean Point. The property was gorgeous and the food was all delicious and there was plenty to do. And the staff was very kind and attentive, always asking if there was anything we needed. If I were ever to return to St. Martin, I would definitely stay there again. The only 2 issues were not having any hot water one of the days and there were some tiny ants on the floor of our room, not hundreds but maybe a couple dozen real small ones. I just assumed that was part of the environment that you can't really get rid of in the tropics.

Great! Very relaxing, beautiful resort and great staff.
Food amazing! (Great oxtail! Which is rare to find at resorts)

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. The service was subpar from the moment I arrived. The staff was rude and unhelpful, making the check-in process unnecessarily stressful. It felt like customer satisfaction was not a priority for them.
Additionally, I had booked an "Adults-Only" experience, expecting a more serene and relaxing atmosphere, but it seemed no different from a family-oriented hotel. Same restaurants and food.
I had so many issues: AC stopped working in the middle of the night, only hot water in the shower,TV didn’t work well , safe not working …….

Several resturants were closed with no explaination. Kids in the adult only pools. Elavators hot and dirty.
