They need to fix some things
I was gi en the weo g room i had a broken door and my friend was stuck in rhe bathroom

We stayed for 6 days as a family with two young kids. Everything was excellent and family friendly. The staff was excellent and always very helpful and friendly. They accommodated all of our requests and made our stay very memorable.

Came for convention, nice bar and attentive bartenders on the 9th floor. Verrrrry slow elevators. Staff often did not have answers to everyday questions but made the effort to find out for us. Some did not even know location of restaurants.
