The beds need to be updated really bad.

We got to the hotel to check in on time. There was a long line to check in because there were only 3 workers. After I paid for the room the worker informed me that there would be no key for the hotel room because the key maker had been broken "for a few days now." That was incredibly inconvenient because every time we wanted to get into our hotel room we had to wait for someone from the front desk meet us at our hotel room to let us into the room we paid for. Had we known all of these inconveniences we would have went to another casino.
