Posted 4 Jul 2021 on HotelsWe weren't impressed. For the all three nights that we stayed there, no one came to clean our premises. The WiFi was weak throughout. The Tv channels didn't respond. No breakfast offered. Truly, no value for money!

My only complaints are: 1) staff was unprepared at check-in; 2) the room was not ready, and the staff came back to finish preparing the room for use while we were in the room and without knocking; 3) the check-out time is very inconvenient and staff shows ZERO flexibility in providing late check-outs, even if only for 1 hour extra.

Posted 3 Jan 2020 on HotelsThe owners are lovely, the place is a good value for NBC a great location. The cleanliness could be better. There are lots of ants (normal in the Seychelles) but other hotels managed to keep most of them out. Also the shower doesn’t work so you have to hold it and spray yourself and it doesn’t stay hot. Overall, good stay though. The porch and views are amazing!

I had a layover here as I missed my connecting flight due to Air Seychelles delay. All I needed was a good night sleep. The AC in the room could not be turned off. There was no duvet or enough bedsheets to cover. I had to use the bathroom towel to cover myself. There were cockroaches in the shower and the shower head holder was broken and you to hold it to shower yourself. I needed wifi to rebook my next flight but even though they provided with wifi, there was no internet. When I asked, they said that they didn't pay for it. I acknowledge that they allowed me to stay after my check-out time and also called for my transfer to the airport. But the overall quality of the customer service was unpleasant. You felt that they were doing you favors. There was no apologies and no alternatives offered if you have issues with their service.
