DISGUSTING!!!

The hotel has asked us to send us a taxi to pick up with lower price but it didn't come. We called and waited for 20 min for it, when it came the driver did not help at all for the luggage and parked outside the port so we had to carry all heavy luggages a long way. The car was one of the dirtiest cars I have seen in my life!!! Even the ceiling of the car was very dirty, I said to him, he did not even reply! The house is on a hill, a long way from everywhere. When we arrived, there was the host, she even not said Hello or Welcome! She only said your room is upstairs! No one helped to carry our luggage again. The room was horrible and disgusting!! Very dirty!! I asked the bath room to clean again, one man came complaining why we asked it for and said it is clean! He then started to scrub the lavatory with only sponge, without detergant! The bathroom was like from 1900's, sooooo old. The sheets had a lot of dirt and hair on them, the house has a common kitchen and believe me no one does not want to cook there! The house is a mess!! We did not feel safe at all in the place at all and left immeadiately even we had paid cash unfortunately! Do not pay before seeing the place! Then we called a taxi and nobody knows here, we waited a long time for it. The taxi driver suggested a clean place to us, it was just on the lovely beach, it was very nice and neat and cheaper! So the host should not claim that it is cheap and you can not ask for more confort!

We are very sorry your experience was not satisfactory! Unfortunately our normal taxi service had a very accident and we had to improvise in order not to leave stranded.again all our apologies for this unfortunate situation. We do prie ourself to deliver the best service possible. I would have hope this event not to impact your judgement of our establishment after but it did unfortunately! We always try our best to satisfy our guest!
