The reception team are really bad, they asked me to pay extra 100 euro because I’m not European ! We were waiting from 2pm until 5pm to do the checkin me my wife and my kids ( 4 & 1 years old ). I choose this hotel because of the aqua park for one night and the aqua park close at 6. At the reception they did not gave us any card to access the park so we returned to the reception me & my family 3 times to access the park & we made it finally at 5:35 but all the slides was closed. I travel more than 1000 km by car from Algeria to get this bad service.

the room service was very bad; and the room was not comfortable. the entrance to the beach is dangerous (no indication that the sand of the sea includes stones and is lubricated. it is easy that the hotel add a note to recommend enter to the sea from the lest side; the room view is so bad, a view on the rubbish side!
