They have a nice pool. The local staff was very friendly and helpful. The new lady who claimed to be the manager was terrible. She is very good at lying to customers. On our first night, we asked her to find us a taxi because we had a flat tired. She told me that she will let us negotiate with the taxi driver. Then she went behind my back to tell my husband that the taxi will cost us 30.000 Ar. The Air conditioning was not working in our room. They moved us to a different room. There was no hot water during our first night. The lying manager told us that it is the hot season, so not hot water. Finally the let us have it. The place was empty, so they want to gauge anyone who comes. Very disappointing. How can you be a manager if all you do is lying to customers? We stayed there last year, it was better. This time, very bad. Not going back there for sure :(

Dear Madam, As you tell the things, we know well who you are. Then would be courageous to mention your name, I won't for respect for you, I am not and we are not and will never be lyers as you say. First, about the taxi driver, I have never told you that I'll let you negociate with the taxi driver for the simple reason that I said that I'll ask him how much it will cost and I'll let you know. Second, I was above all terrible for you when I checked on Expedia and got the information that your booking code was RO: means room only so doesn't include Gaz, you told us the contrary. This time wasn't your first stay at our place. On that first time as the informations I got at the reception, you already complained like that, the manager finally accepted for you the gaz for free and so on... I would did like that if you were right, which wasn't the situation. For the hot water, it's hot season, so you have to wait a little bit to get it because almost the customers don't use it so it takes time to come. We never gauge anyone, it's better to get sure about what you say before telling it.

Résidence avec du potentiel

Quelques soucis à l'arrivée car l'hôtel n'est pas familiarisé avec le système de réservation via hôtels.com. Ils n'avaient donc pas la confirmation. Heureusement, il y avait encore des chambres de libres. Après intervention d'hôtels.com, les choses sont rentrées dans l'ordre le lendemain. Globalement, cette résidence a du potentiel, mais il y a un peu de travail. Personnel adorable qui fait de son mieux mais pas suffisamment formés donc ça coince parfois. Restauration un peu lente. Plats bons, mais chef pas très flexible et ne s'adapte pas aux exigences (respecte ce qui est indiqué sur la carte). Les Villas sont très spacieuses et agréables, mais des retouches à faire. Je ne comprends pas le concept cuisine, alors qu'il faut payer un supplément pour avoir du gaz. Cela devrait être répercuté sur le pris des chambres au prorata journalier. La résidence est bien sécurisée et située à 1 min à pied de la plage, mais la résidence ne donne pas sur la plage et pas de vue directe sur la mer. En conclusion, avec quelques efforts, cette résidence hôtelière pourrait vraiment obtenir de meilleures notes. J'y reviendrai sans doute en famille.

Hôtel qui a du potentiel, personnel accueillant et très disponible, toutefois je regrette la lenteur du service restauration, l’absence de produits pourtant inscrit à la carte ( jus de fruits du petit déjeuner ou encore pain au chocolat...) et un réseau wifi très très aléatoire.
