"This is our second year staying at Bristol Redcliffe; it is in ideal base for travelling around Bristol and into Bath--great bus, coach, and train services--and there's good coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and markets close by. "Very spacious two bed two bath apartment on the top floor. Kitchen was well equipped for making breakfast and easy dinner. Check in was made easy by staff Great location. A 15 minute walk to the Castle and a little longer to the train station. Great value for the price. "

"Lovely, quiet property, right in the heart of Bristol. The flat is beautiful, with lots of places to sit and chill. Complimentary soaps, coffee and tea, and they had even chilled a decanter in the fridge for me to put water in. Lovely attention to detail! I booked this last minute, so it was really too big for just one person, but I would imagine a group of friends or a family would have lots of fun here. "Pleasant accommodation close to university, with cooking facilities Accommodation was clean , warm and had everything we needed for our stay. Only issue is no on site parking but parking in nearby streets is possible (payable and maximum 5 hours) with a larger NCP car park within 5 minutes walk Would stay there again and would recommend for a short stay. "My partner had a good stay in that were close to the city and had all the facilities that we needed. The downside was that we had paid for a permit to park in the car park. However, we were not given the permit on arrival. We called and were told someone would be in touch and drop it off the following day. No one was in touch. It wasn’t nice worrying whether we were going to get a parking ticket during our two day stay. Luckily this wasn’t the case. "

"Excellent location for Bristol centre and harbourside. Lots of boutique little shops/coffee bars/restaurants nearby. Great communication by premises regarding parking etc the apartment was super clean. Microwave, kettle, in the little kitchenette zone and quite a spacious sleeping/living room. All was great. One thing of concern was the electric shower which went from cold to extremely hot and then cold again quite quickly. I wouldn’t want to leave a child or vulnerable adult in it as it could...

"I booked a room with shared bathroom and it turned out there was a mistake that the room was already booked. I got upgraded to a room with en-suite for free which was great. The room was very clean and nice. But the only strange thing is that I had to throw away the rubbish myself."

"Great centrally located hotel. The staff had great customer service and were really welcoming and helpful. We had a couple of areas of fault in our room. Once raised these were rectified almost immediately. Bar perhaps on the expensive side, however cannot fault the hotel in general. Shower was powerful and the bed was really comfortable . I would recommend this hotel to family and friends."
