Delightful B&B with a really good vibe 😊 We generally enjoyed our stay here. Staff were generally helpful and warm, and showed concern when I was ill and unable to join a tour.
My only feedback would be on the female staff on night duty on 22/3 - We weren’t aware that the rooftop jacuzzi had to be booked in advance, but she relayed this in a rather inflexible and curt manner that made us feel unwelcome. She had also tried to chase us out of the restaurant area stating that we would have to leave by a certain time, even though we were able to hang out undisturbed and unrestricted by any time restrictions the night before. Suggest that she get further training on how to communicate better with guests.
Other than that, would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. Thank you for looking after us during our stay in Penghu!

We lived in the biggest family room. It was really good. In addition to common commodities, special facilities included Nespresso, bath room, balcony, heater, fridge...etc. I would say it was a clean, cosy, well designed place. The location was satisfying too. Of course, with passionate b&b owners. They introduced many places to us, which saved our time of planning.
Although the price was a bit higher than others’, it was still worthy.
Highly recommended.

Relax hotel
