"Very kind owner, willing to listen to feedback for improvements. really like the triangular shower tub and bathroom design, gives more elbow room, BUT the door needs to be changed. When bathroom door is swung in, it blocks access to over half of the tub. I suggest a folding closet door type , or a door that disappears into the wall. Also the refigerator had no control. "The room was dirty and in bad shape. Our door lock was damaged and appeared to have been kicked in at some point. We also found cockroaches. The worst part was the people staying next door. It appeared they are living there. They were loud and vulgar every night around 1-2 am. One morning around 5am they were beating on one of the doors and screaming obscenities. "

Apon arrival I was greeted by friendly staff and was offered an upgrade to a king for only $5 more, naturally I took it.
