"Excellent service at the check in by Anthony who was professional, very friendly and knowledgeable regarding the property. We absolutely love the room, lots of space and quiet. The restaurant on site Les téléphones was gorgeous regarding the service by Lisa and Thibault and the food too. We enjoyed our stay with all of you. "A fabulous small boutique hotel in a great central location for visiting major sights in Lyon. Hotel was clean , welcoming and tasteful . It is an " on demand " hotel as the staff put it so if you want water or kettle you have to request them and go and get them from reception. "This is a very nice hotel and convenient to downtown either via the bus right in front that goes along the river or via Uber. It was the nicest hotel we stayed in during our biking tour in France. I definitely recommend it. They have an amazing spa there as well. "

"Decorated like an old school, this place had charm! They provided tea and coffee in the rooms and offered wine service for when you arrived for an extra charge. I also had difficulty getting a hold of a tour company I booked through and the hotel staff called them throughout the day until they got back to me. It was incredible and a huge stress reliever. Olympic football

"Great location. Friendly staff. We stayed as we had tickets for the Olympic football. The Stadium was about 15 mins on the metro and easy to find. We arrived back late and the kitchen had closed, the staff made us Croque monsieur from the room service menu, which was reasonable priced and nice. The hotel car park was 9 euros if you parked in tbe underground carpark but we managed to get a space outside the hotel reception which was free and felt secure "
