Wonderful Stay

Hotel cancel reservation on the day of arrival
Posted 23 Aug 2017First, the resort tried to move me to a smaller older cottage, which I refused.
Then, on the day of arrival they told me that my reservation is cancelled because the pipe burst in the cottage I booked and no other cottages are available.
They did apologize but I was hugely upset.
I wouldn't recommend it to my friends as it seems to be totally unreliable place.
