Room was way too hot, air con didn’t do anything at all. They kept saying our room was 18c but it felt more like 25 Air con seemed broken, complained around 4 times and eventually just got sick of asking so we just pushed through with little sleep. Couldn’t open the windows as that would be the obvious choice because we were swarmed with very hungry mosquitoes. So now I have welts on my legs as had to sleep on the bed rather than in it. Location is BAD, my fault, should have done more research but we had to get the bus to and from the hotel on a morning and night. Which often which didn’t turn up more often than not. Taxi services are unreliable. The area was a bit grim, dog crap everywhere. Breakfast was average. A cut down continental style setup. I just had a few croissants and some juice. I’d say staying here, or the thought of having to go back there on a night did not bode well on our trip. The attitude seemed a bit like “just deal with it”. My advice for anyone travelling here. Find a hotel somewhere in between central station and the city centre shopping district. There’s good metro access. Which is available for €2.20 and lasts for 90 mins within zone 1-3 which covers anywhere you’d want to go within the city.

There are mosquito in the room. Front desk is rude. Room Smells And hot. Will not return and recommend at all

I got stuck with a disability room...and I'm not disabled. So that was very strange for me. I did not request a disability room. Wifi was fast.

Hotel and staff were terrific lot's of places to eat and drink easy bus route and tube system to get you to where you needed to go.down side was everywhere you travelled nearly every building was covered in graffiti which was a bit off putting but don't let that put you off well recommended 😀 👌👍

Nice hotel for the price! Good value for money!

Hotel was very good and room was clean as well as the bathroom. Toiletries and clean towels were provided and replaced daily. Breakfast was good. Hotel location was good too, near to Central Station.
