This review is inexcusable. Western North Carolina has been devastated by Hurricane Helene. We have had no communication services at ALL! Just tonight 10.6.24 we have been restored with internet services and this is what we see?? God Bless You that you happen to live in a Utopia world. However, We do not... Expedia was aware of the situation here in Western North Carolina it was their responsible to contact ALL Guests.... We had absolutely no way to contact any guest. I'm sorry for you that you have no comprehension of the magnitude of Hurricane Helene.Blessing to you....

Linens and towels were above average. Hot water was immediate, bedding was very comfortable. People were super nice.

No pool so we went elsewhere. It was listed has having one. Need to change there listing.

This is one of our favorite places ! We love the creek side room with the balcony on back with rocking chairs over looking the creek . Nothing fancy , but clean and quiet and the staff are friendly ! Perfect spot for relaxing and unwinding . Lots of places close by to eat .
