I booked four rooms via Expedia, but the hotel management didn't know how to accept or acknowledge the booking. Thankfully the four rooms were available, but neither the rooms or the staff were ready for guests. This included a lack of food, water, drinks, Wifi, soap, and towels. Once aware, the owner eventually showed, apologized, and promised changes. If you are going to book at Mafia Beach Resort, be sure to follow up and confirm your booking.

Thanks for your comment we will work on it but you dont have to be forced for every thing that you need try to ask if is possible to help we can if not we cant also we are doing business we have properties rules
