Woohoo Rooms Boutique Gran Vía is an oasis on the 2nd floor of a building whose entrance directly faces Plaza de Callao and the pedestrian crossing across Gran Vía. It is 2 minutes from a Carrefour, 7 minutes to a laundromat called La Casa de la Colada, 6 minutes to Puerta del Sol, it is on the midpoint for exploring the east and west sides of Madrid on foot. We were in constant communication with the staff thru Whatsapp days before our check in. The interior was very clean, modern and well-maintained it looks like new. It was a revelation!

The hotel is located in Gran Via but inside the building it is very creepy and dirty. The elevator takes for ever.
The room had a very strong smell to detergent. I wouldn't stay again.

The hotel is located right on the Grand Via on the 3rd floor, but you have to drag your luggage up a few stairs to get to the elevator. There is a very small sign at the entrance door and there were no instructions as to how to get in. We pressed a few buttons and knocked and a very nice lady let us in. Our room was the "Chrysler" room and overlooked the Grand Via. The room was clean and comfortable, but the window was a little difficult to figure out and the first night, it was so loud we could not sleep. I figured out how to close the window properly and the rest of our stay was quiet. The room is located near everything. The staff was very nice, but they were not at the desk a lot of times.
