The room was big and clean, overall a pleasant stay. The only downside was I stayed at ground floor and it was noisy outside, I was able to hear people walk around as well as cars….

We came from BC, Canada for our honeymoon with our plan to stay in Madrid for a few days near the end of August 2024 and we had the best experience we could have asked for at this hotel! They were welcoming right off the bat as we don’t speak the best Spanish and made us feel at home right away. The hotel room we got was stunning with a 4th floor room which had a balcony overlooking the city around us. We were blown away by how comfortable the unit was as it was incredibly hot outside doing our walking tours that it was so nice to come back to a nicely cooled room. The a/c worked so well, the TV was huge and had amazing quality and they had so many little things that made the experience the best we ever had. They even had toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, disposable shavers, beers, water and so on. It’s all the little touches that made it so worthwhile. Not to mention the complimentary breakfast was delicious with so many options to choose from. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Madrid as it’s close to everything and very new looking on the outside and inside for a great price!

My wife and I stayed here in March 2024 and absolutely loved it! So clean and modern and convenient to shopping and the Metro. The only real complaint is something the hotel can do little about - the back alley is unbelievably noisy between 2-4 AM with trash trucks... next time we will bring ear plugs! Would definitely stay here again!!!

The location wasn’t very central and outside of the main areas in Madrid. Shower pressure was so hot and powerful that it was really difficult to have a shower. Air conditioning was set at 19 and not able to make the room cooler. Key card didn’t work properly on first evening and no water in the room.
Would not recommend at all.

Super clean, friendly staff, great breakfast included, 2 blocks from subway, next time we will stay at this hotel again.
