No soap in room other than body wash. Every square foot of counter space taken up with stuff. No where to put our own stuff. Great location, but room too small.

In a very convenient location! Super clean and has all the amenities you may desire while in Madrid. Be warned that unless in a city taxi, car services will not pick up or drop off directly in front of the hotel. It was no problem for me, and although it’s a short walk to the nearest main street, this is something to be aware of if / when carrying luggage. I’d stay here again!

very well appointed and clean hotel, the staff were all friendly and great. The buffet breakfast was nice and the live music and champagne were a great touch. The bread was v. strange, but you can ask a member of staff for a regular toast. The only slight downside of the room was that the bed was too small (we requested a king size but didn't receive that) and so we didn't sleep as well as we could have done. To be fair we were too tired to ask for a different room, but in retrospect we should have done. Having said all that - the hotel is stylish, super clean and in a superb location, with a theatre on-site. I would definitely recommend.
