This property was in a great location. Is very utilitarian. The shower is positioned way too high, which causes a mess that you have to clean up. They even leave a mop in the bathroom for you to use because they seem to anticipate that happening. Also, the Wi-Fi was extremely unreliable, which is problematic for overseas travelers who are trying to download apps and map out there Trips for the time that they are in Madrid.

Property did not look like the pictures. Definitely needs some upkeeping. The location is great, walking distance to major attractions.

Bad cigarettes odor, they cleaned after I notified. So they took care of the issue fast.

Great little apartment in fun area. We are a family of 5 with 2 teens and the apartment was quite cramped and I can’t imagine 6 in there. The beds were small and the amenities weren’t great. The is a kitchen but no cooking tools, no coffee maker, no cutting knives. We stay in apts so we can make breakfast and lunches and cut down on costs and due to space and lack of utensils it made it impossible.
Sweet little place for a small family or family with small kids but not adults or with bigger kids who want to try and save.

Customer service was bad
Sofa bed was broken and they don’t return the calls
2 people from my party had to move the mattress and sleep in the floor
Property needs a complete maintenance before rent it again
We will never come back

The location was great. There were cafés in less than 10 meters from the front doors. We were less than a 10 minute walk from a market. We were also at the centerpoint between places like the Royal Palace and Parque de El Retiro.
The living space itself was clean, had good appliances, and great water pressure.

The location is great. The space is functional. There were hairs in the bathroom. The communication and check in process were very challenging.
