The location was great. There were cafés in less than 10 meters from the front doors. We were less than a 10 minute walk from a market. We were also at the centerpoint between places like the Royal Palace and Parque de El Retiro. The living space itself was clean, had good appliances, and great water pressure.

Poor communication allowing access to the suite. Wrong phone number given. 2 and a half hours wasted upon arrival in Madrid. Constantly humming fridge right next to bedroom. Bedroom door did not clear floor. Loud scraping noise. Above nightclub. Lots of streetnoise into early morning hours. No instructions for washing machine. Impossible to interpret large number of symbols on machine. Very poor value for $$. Quite pricey for what it was. Very disappointing.

Like having a broken AC in Madrid’s 37C summer? Love being gaslighted by their support staff that the AC has been fixed, when both ‘technicians’ they’ve sent over aren’t HVAC staff and only cleaned the air filter and played around with the remote? Then this is the perfect hotel for you. This apartment has no front desk, and getting into contact with any staff can be a hassle. Once you are in contact, their staff is absolutely useless. Anything goes wrong? Then you’ll have to make do. - They only gave 2 rolls of toilet tissue to a family of 6 people staying 6 nights. - The dishwashing liquid literally comes in ration side packs of 20ml. - Don’t even bother cooking in the apartment, cause they might have a kitchen, but have a lot of missing pans, and equipment. And the living room will be boiling, with the lack of AC. - toilet extractor fan doesn’t work. A short story. A t-shirt and a dress fell off of the clothes drying hanger. The cleaning person told us it’s not her job. We contacted the ‘front desk’ through WhatsApp, was told the cleaning staff would bring the clothes the next morning. The next morning, no update. We contact over WhatsApp, and after some confusion they realise the apartment below is owned by someone else. Be very careful drying clothes, since they don’t offer any clips to pin clothes on to. Been in 7 different hotels all over Iberia, over a month now. Been to so many different hotels… this is absolutely the worst hotel I’ve been to!

I enjoyed the area, very lovely and walkable. The apartment was nice and clean. My only concern was that the so called “queen bed” was not a queen, but rather 2 twin beds pressed together, and the beds kept moving at night and we’d fall in the hole. Highly uncomfortable. Also, there was no hair conditioner.

It was very noisy. And we found it difficult to get in because we didnt have any wifi and a message on how to get in was done that way. Would prefer an actual person or information sent a few days prior to arrival. Had to find wifi nearby and then walk back and try to get in.

Hotel was in a great location right in the hear of Madrid centro. There was a night club across the street but everything was completely sound proof. We would definitely stay here again.

I got very disappointed when we arrived at the apartment to find out that it was not the one they advertised on Expedia . They gave us an apartment much smaller than what we booked. There was no air conditioning in the main room and the shower was not working properly. I would not recommend to anyone else to stay there. We will not come back.
