There’s no elevator from the lower level. If you have heavy suitcase or you have limited mobility, accessing the elevator at the top of a set of stairs won’t be easy. I recommended at least coffee capsules and paper towel being standard, but was told that they can’t offer food. I don’t get why… but, it’s their call.
The staff was very friendly, via WhatsApp, when I wanted to check in.

Dear House. The elevator is adapted to the architecture of the building and there are many comments about it. For disabled people there are filters and it is specified that it is not suitable for disabled people.
