The property is in central location near the train station. The hotel is in the best area of Madrid.

No hot water !!!

Excellent, concerned staff. Room (407) could use a bit of updating. Room was a very nice size….balcony was a nice feature. The location is superb!

The hotel was ideally located, right across form the Retiro Park, close to major museums. From the moment I checked in I was comfortable and pleased with amenities and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was amazing, fitting for a "palace." Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Just a fantastic experience with the staff in the hotel. Always willing to help you and so friendly. Rooms were immaculate. Very clean. The breakfast was very good. The location was excellent. Nothing but positive comments for this hotel. I have finally found a good hotel in a good location in Madrid. Will always stay in this hotel when I am in Madrid on future travels.

Beautiful hotel right across the park. Very walkable to historic city center of Madrid. Accommodations were excellent, room was just as pictured. Would definitely recommend.
