It is a nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, but the area itself is quite noisy, with large groups of noisy people walking by at all hours of the night. If you are a light sleeper I would recommend something a bit farther out.

Right in the centre Sol is noisy ,crowded and wonderful.Lots of places to eat .Room had balcony overlooking to street .

Everything was nice , the staff , the location and the room just the a/c we can’t control it .

This is an average 3 star hotel. Shower room was spacious. Bedroom small and no sockets near bedside table
Staff is super helpful and the location is very central. You can walk everywhere

The staff make the difference, specially Ainoa, who was very helpful and attentive. This is a great place to be in Madrid. Highly recommended.
