Beautiful property and extremely clean, only discrepancy was Expedia picture of my room selection vs reality, the Deluxe category shows enough space for a sofa which was never in my room. AC in on of the rooms reserved was also either set too high ir not working at all, my friend expended 2 nights without sleeping according. Other than that the property is very convenient and would definitely repeat.

Very nice location, VERY nice staff. The room we booked was the superior room, we arrived and it was stinky, we asked to change and the staff changed immediately (thank you!) Nice! The second room was exactly like the picture… but the first room was looking like the single room, there was barely space to pass between the bed and window. The breakfast was terrible, such a small room, seems you are eating together with other people and also people passing on your side (there is no room to pass between the tables), also very basic breakfast, some days they forgot to fill up the things and also forgot to add the information about the food… When you arrive, there is no lobby! You must take the stairs to take the elevator to the first floor where the reception is. Not really a hit!

The hotel in general is on good condition, the staff was great, they helped us to get the room early as we arrived at 6:30 in the morning, not that early but at least they did help. The room was super clean, small but very confortable. Nacho the guy who welcomed us was super nice , we always saw him helping all the guests, as well as the guy at the main door. Just want to mention two points that go against the hotel, one of them is the front desk area, it needs renovation, also the AC it’s set to be managed by the staff and sometimes it’s hot inside the room and you can’t lower the temperature; and this is one of the reasons we booked this hotel, to get our own AC. Other than that it’s good, but it again, a renovation on the reception area would be great.

El personal de muy bajo nivel, el botones en la entrada no nos brindo ayuda ni al llegar ni tampoco al salir, cabe mencionar que no era el mismo, hice un pedido room service y nunca llego
