Breakfast was good, hotel was well kept. Staff were friendly. Rooms were not kept as new, but was good.

basic, the most 2-3 star hotel. Very uncomfortable beds, dark and outdated rooms. Poor AC and air quality in the rooms.

Disappointing for the price

It was a really hot weekend in Madrid and our mini-fridge in the room didn’t work, so we told the staff at reception and they said that someone would take a look at it while we went out during the next day. However, after we returned to the hotel and asked at reception if they had done anything, the man at reception was very rude and said that we hadn’t asked anything, all while the colleague we had spoken to was standing right next to him listening and saying nothing. He spoke in a completely condescending tone and it was a very unpleasant way to speak to two guests who were just asking something. They were really unhelpful and it felt like they didn’t particularly want to do anything to help us.
Furthermore, the room was not particularly clean and the beds weren’t great. For the price, you’d expect more than two singles beds pushed together. I wouldn’t come back to this hotel.
