Exactly as advertised, the only thing I didn’t like was the smell of the hand soap. It smelled like burnt hair … I ended up buying a personal hand soap because I couldn’t stand the smell.

El hotel tiene excelente localización. Muy cerca de restaurantes, tiendas, la Gran Via y la estación de tren. El desayuno no es variado pero es muy bueno. El servicio en la recepción y en la habitacion fue excelente. Lo que no me gustó es que todas las habitaciones tienen 2 camas de una plaza (twin). No hay habitaciones con camas queen o king.

The hotel was conveniently located near La Gran Via, the room had a great view of the city. The staff was friendly and the metro was at a walkable distance

Very pleased with the hotel and the staff. The amenities were great and the attention to detail excellent. My only criticism would be the value. The cost of hotels have gone up to where it is getting restrictive to travel.

Great location, friendly people, safe
And close to metro station. Grocery and Pharmacy nearby. Rooms are large, clean and nice. Only complaint is walls seem a bit thin, sound travelled at times.
