Overall is not a bad hotel. It’s located in La Latina neighborhood which is not a bad area. Puerta de Toledo train station is like three minutes away and two bus stops nearby with buses that takes you to Plaza Mayor. However because I stay during fall-winter season AC was not working, only the heater. Be aware that room gets hot and you need to open the window. Across the hotel there is a night club and gets really loud while you are trying to sleep.
Staff were nice and the breakfast is really good and with a good variety (buffet) price €12 if is not included in your reservation.

Walkable distance to many of the main sight in Madrid, great area with lots of dining options. Staff was great and very helpful

The property is very well located, with two metro stations nearby: La Latina and Puerta de Toledo. The rooms are clean, and the terrace offers a lovely view. The beds are comfortable, which added to a pleasant stay. Coming from South Florida, I found the room slightly warm during the month of November, but it was still manageable.
The staff at the hotel are exceptional—always friendly and ready to provide outstanding customer service. Their professionalism and attentiveness truly enhanced the experience

The staff was great, everyone we talked with was super nice, made are staying one to enjoy, helped us booking excursions and places to eat.
