The property was in an area that was walking distance to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It was my first time in Spain, and the hotels was perfect, great location with a lot of store near by like Zara Corte inglés etc, very safe to walk everywhere, the train one block from the hotel, I walk everywhere and i shopped and took the train daily many times a day and it was very safe and convenient the area. Also many restaurants near by, also the hotels was nicest that I thought, very clean good condición and services

We had 3 people in our room. Each person had a bed so there wasn't a lot of moving around space, but we made it work ok. I would definitely stay here again. It was easy to get a taxi or Uber, but we walked most of the time.

Avoid Room 315 at this hotel and maybe all others
Posted 3 May 2024 on HotelsThe room itself was clean as were some parts of the bathroom, but the shower stall and behind the toilet were dirty. The toilet area was the absolute worst! It had the smell of sewer which was absolutely disgusting. When I looked at the floor behind the toilet, there was a space next to a pipe which had some paper stuck in it, yet it didn’t cover up the space completely. On the floor itself, under this pipe, there was a black mess which looked to be mold. My thought is that sewer water leaks out of the side on this pipe and collects on the floor, therefore the awful smell and mold growing. Totally unacceptable and truly awful! Bad experience.
