Well located, close to groceries, restaurants and attractions.
We had an issue with the oven and they were very quick to repair it.
Highly recommend this place.

Close to good food places. Right in the city. Would be staying here next time for sure.

Overall - Excellent!!!!
Posted 21 Aug 2024 on HotelsAmazing stay at this hotel. They think of everything and you can see this the moment you enter the unit. The staff are always available via a phone call 24/7 after office hours or via WhatsApp during office hours. Location was excellent and close to everything. Would definitely come back and stay here next time I am in Madrid!

Access to local transportation and metro. Quiet during the nights. comfortable and safe for a family.

Location is fantastic. Has all the amenities you could need while away. Staff very attentive and helpful. Overall our family was very satisfied with the property and were able to enjoy Madrid.

Perfect location to walk around the city from. The room was quiet, cold (in this hot weather!) and clean. There was clear communication and helpful recommendations.
