Safe, quiet residential location away from the major tourist areas. 3-minute walk to the Chueca metro and 7 minutes to the Gran Via metro, which made it easy to get around Madrid. Liked that the San Anton market was nearby, which has a nice indoor food court and large grocery store. The unit also provided coffee for the coffee maker, and with an excellent bakery right around the corner, made it convenient for making breakfast or other meals. Unit comes with a compact washer/dryer combo if you need to do laundry. The only negative was uploading the check-in documents through the app did not work for me, so I finally had to take a picture and email it in. We stayed in a 1-bedroom unit, which was a little tight for our family of 4. However, it met all our needs and would stay here again.

Excellent option walkable to Gran Via (about 5min) and all main attraction from the center. Easy self check in. Communication with owners at all time via WhatsApp. Apartment is great, all appliances and amenities you might need. Highly recommended.

The only flaw in this stay was the bedroom tv was not connected to any service, so it was not functional. A little disappointing but overall not a huge deal. It's worth noting that the couch in the one bedroom interior unit does not pull out into a bed. We overlooked that and had to make it work. Our neighbors on the last night were quite loud but shut their party down early enough that we were able to sleep. Overall, would recommend and would definitely book again.

Bright and cheerful interior of our street side apt. that has 3 small balconies and double insulated windows that kept any street noise out during our sleep time. Excellent shower with lots of hot water and has washing machine if needed for clothes. Iron and Ironing board and clothes drying rack. So many restaurants, cafes and close to markets for wine, water and snacks. Kitchen has tea kettle, toaster, drip coffee maker, microwave, stove and oven Bed is comfortable with quality bedding. There is a pull-out couch if needed. A/C units in bedroom and open concept kitchen living area if needed We stayed 3 nights

Great apartment for the area
Check in was easy and all done by key codes. The place was clean and had all the amenities such as stove, full refrigerator, and washing machine for long stays. Bed was decent and big enough for two people. A little walk to city center, about 20 minutes, but wasn't too bad at all. Lots of restaurants and cafes in the area. Would stay here again.

The location was great for seeing a non-touristy part of the city. The room was very small, but it had everything we needed and you don't go for big in Europe. I had an accident while at the apartment and the company couldn't have been any nicer. I would definitely recommend it for folks wanting to get away from the high tourist areas and see some real Madrid.

Wow, this place is so great. It is an entire apartment in the Chueca neighborhood. It is really convenient to Gran Via, bars/clubs, shopping, and just overall the center of Madrid. I will always come back to this hotel/apartment. Wifi was really fast and reliable as well. I was able to do my work Zoom calls with ease. Staff is communicative via chat, and check-in was as easy as can be. The only negative is that although the bed is king-sized, it was fairly thin and stiff. However, I am not too picky. Thank you!

Clean, modern, no natural light.
Clean and in a great neighborhood. There is no personalized check in, which I guess is becoming the new normal. You pick your key up in a box once you use the code to get in the door. They the want you to fill out a form and send it to them by an app, that they want you to download. I emailed it, and had to insist that I wasn't going to download an app, and all that. My time is valuable, too! They advertised it as "interior," which means no natural light... and you get what you pay for. I usually work on my laptop in the morning, but by 10 am I was looking for a coffee shop or co-working space. If the above is ok by you, then it really is clean, with a full kitchen, modern bathroom and bedroom.

Lovely apartment right in the middle of Chueca
I loved the balcony windows and the light and airy decor of this apartment. It really made my stay in Madrid all the more enjoyable. Although I did run into an issue with my room not being totally ready at check-in, the hosts were communicative and helpful.
